Alhamdulillah. All praises goes to Allah as he bestowed me with blessings. Recently, I was awarded by BERG (Business Excellence & Research Group Pvt Ltd, Singapore on the event – The Women Icons Summit and Awards. The event highlighted milestone and accomplishments by women who have excelled in different walks of life.

This was really heart-warming and definitely it will make me to fly even higher. Fly to the moon and if you land wrongly, you will be landing among the stars. I personally not looking for recognition, as I am humbly doing what I do every day greatly, it pays off. Passion play quite big role as this is my biggest factor that keeps my wheel spinning.

A week before the award ceremony, I was in Kuching, Sarawak under the invitation of Ministry of Women. Family and Community Development. This was extended to us as we were talking about Work Life balance. The town Beladin, Kuching recently welcome a brand new fashion centre to create more job opportunities as well as to expose more skills related i.e. cloth making, marketing and others to the town.

It was a pleasure for me and my ADLA team to accentuate the importance of work life balance to those who are just starting up business as time management is very crucial to ensure their daily operations run smooth. I was having fun during the session as well as spending my time with other entrepreneurs and locals.

In short, if you think that there are so many things that stopping you from doing great things, maybe you are doing it wrongly. If you put more effort and passion, it will complete you just like missing puzzle.
